Totally Terrific Thursday!

Good day to you!
Let's start this Totally Terrific Thursday off
with an invitation to EAT :)
Like many of you, we have a certain circle of friends that we do
stuff with...mostly go out to eat with or cook out with.  It
seems whatever our plans, they always center around FOOD!
I whipped up (no pun intended) this cute card with my eating-out
buddies as my inspiration LOL
The IPPITY-IB-0007
My Kitchen To Yours
has the perfect stamp that simply states EAT
I stamped my image onto a scrap piece of kraft paper and simply colored the border
in with a red Zig marker.  The patterned papers and stickers are from the
Modern Homemaker Collection by October Afternoon...goes perfectly
with those kitchen or food themed projects.
Even though this particular stamp is pretty much solid, it stamps like a dream!
That's what I love most about Unity Stamp Co. stamps...aside from the fact that they
make the most adorable designs.
You can purchase this stamp directly from
Heather, our certified Ippity (Unity Endorsed) Chick!

And since I'm mentioning Unity Stamp Co., I wanted to share one of their
which is pretty near and dear to my heart since represents Simple Stories :)
And I just received my SUMMER FRESH Collection yesterday...I can't wait to play!
Okay, I've got quite a few projects to tackle today
Thanks for stopping by!

Beautiful Birthday Shaker Card

Hello and welcome to my contribution to the  SCRAPBOOK ADHESIVES and HERO ARTS BLOG HOP

For my project, I have chosen to make this cute shaker birthday card!

Before we get started on the detail, here is a list of supplies that I've used: From Scrapbook Adhesives: Keepsakes Envelope Mix (I used 4" X 3.5") Extreme Double-Sided Tape 1/4 in, Dual Tip Glue Pen, Crafty Foam Tape Black and the E-Z Runner Grand Refillable Dispenser with E-Z Runner Grand Permanent Dots Refill.  From Hero Arts: Dress Up Stamp and Cut and Kelly's Flags Stamp & Cut
To begin, I added a few star sequins directly to the sticky part of the Keepsake Envelope.
Next I sprinkled some round sequins inside of the pocket.
I used the Extreme Double-Sided Tape 1/4" to close up the pocket.
I cut a piece of patterned paper the same size as the pocket and mounted it to the sticky back of the pocket.
After die-cutting the dress bottom from patterned paper, it was pleated along the score lines and then…
