Unity Hip Hop Thursday!

So last night was
BRAND NEW RELEASE
night with Unity Stamp Co. and {ippity} Stamps
and
today the Unity Design Team will be hosting
HIP HOP THURSDAY
to show-off some of the newest wares!

You should be here from the very talented Robyn's Blog
but in case you get lost in the shuffle, you can always start off
at the Unity Stamp Co. Blog :)

Here is the {ippity} stamp set that I used:
DREAM TO BE
IPK-171

Isn't this the sweetest set of stamps?  Here's my card:

After stamping onto a light blue background, I water-colored the bird and
then cut out into an oval shape.  I also stamped the image onto green so that I could
hand-cut the leaves out.
Patterned paper: Basic Grey
The sentiment fits perfectly into the tag shape of the EK Success punch.

Love nice, BIG background stamps?
Here is the perfect one for you then
SCRIPTED ENVELOPE
UK-584A

The card that I made using some of the Webster's Girl Land Collection

And finally...
TAIL FEATHER
UK-583A

Another part of Unity that I LOVE is the
STAMP OF THE WEEK

Why LOVE SOTW?
1. They are $5.79 per week...and that includes shipping (US/Canadian Residents)
2. The designs are one-of-a-kind...you won't find them anywhere else
3.  The designs are adorable and beautiful
4. Created from deeply etched red rubber...the best thing in the world to stamp with

And SOTW has just gotten even better:
Brand NEW and CURRENT Stamp of the Week members will be getting a BONUS stamp
 - Butterfly Kisses-
This set will be sent with the Stamp of the Week that starts SHIPPING June 24th
HOW can you GO WRONG? :)

And because I haven't had a chance to share...here is a quick card
that I made using this week's SOTW (still available through this Saturday only!)

The weekend is coming up and with the weekend there are
fabulous promotions going on at Unity:

Whew, now was that a lot of wonderful news to share on this
HIP HOP THURSDAY or what???
Just a couple of more stops left...next up is the exceptional Shemaine Smith!

Glad you all stopped by!

A Festive Unity

Greetings! I'm pleased and excited to be sharing in this fabulous AUTHENTIQUE PAPER & UNITY STAMP COMPANY  BLOG HOP
Love Authentique Papers and Unity Stamps? Then come on board as we hop and share projects that combine both of these beautiful companies into one! **You should be arriving here from my sweet friend, Thienly's Blog**
Do you remember a few years back when the altered lunch tins were all the rage?  Well, I've had a couple in my keeps and ran across them the other day.  I thought one dressed up in Authentique Paper would be perfect for Christmas, so I chose the Festive Collection and coordinating stamps from Unity, Naughty or Nice (which is now on SALE!)
In times past I have covered the top of the tin (when I actually had a pattern), but I  went with tons of colorful ribbons and stamped tags on the handle instead.
