What's New Wednesday

Welcome to "What's New Wednesday" at the
Every Wednesday the Bella Blvd designers will be sharing projects
with the latest and greatest products from Bella Blvd!

This card first started out being simply yellow and black.
Then I went into town and saw a lady wearing a black and yellow dress accessorized
with a red pair of shoes and necklace. So, I came back and added the red flower button
and strip of red/white polka dot designer tape to the bottom ... perfect!
The sentiments found on the We Are Family Bookplates are fantastic for cardmakers.
The sentiment on this card has always been a favorite of mine.

Supplies:Snapshots: Borders, Daily Details, Paper Pieces; Daily Chevies: Chevy Pickle Juice,
 We Are Family Bookplates; Button Market: Red Flowers; Designer Tape: Red Dot;
Crochet Hearts: White

I couldn't pass up using a "boo whooo" sentiment to go along with these cute owls from
the Trick or Trick Collection! Short, three or four lettered words offer a great chance
to use up those cool chipboard alphabet stickers too. I cut a strip of owls from the
Borders paper and then added a row of similar borders below it using some
Designer Tape and cardstock sticker

Supplies:Trick or Treat: Happy Owlween, Alpha+Bits, Captions; Daily Chevies:
Pickle Juice Arrows; High Five Alpha Stickers: Black-White; Sienna Chipboard Alpha:
Pickle Juice; Designer Tape: Polka Dot Combo 19mm; Button Market: Stars

And did you see this?  Bella Blvd is such a fun place!
I will be reapplying and I hope you will give it a try too :)

Beautiful Birthday Shaker Card

Hello and welcome to my contribution to the  SCRAPBOOK ADHESIVES and HERO ARTS BLOG HOP

For my project, I have chosen to make this cute shaker birthday card!

Before we get started on the detail, here is a list of supplies that I've used: From Scrapbook Adhesives: Keepsakes Envelope Mix (I used 4" X 3.5") Extreme Double-Sided Tape 1/4 in, Dual Tip Glue Pen, Crafty Foam Tape Black and the E-Z Runner Grand Refillable Dispenser with E-Z Runner Grand Permanent Dots Refill.  From Hero Arts: Dress Up Stamp and Cut and Kelly's Flags Stamp & Cut
To begin, I added a few star sequins directly to the sticky part of the Keepsake Envelope.
Next I sprinkled some round sequins inside of the pocket.
I used the Extreme Double-Sided Tape 1/4" to close up the pocket.
I cut a piece of patterned paper the same size as the pocket and mounted it to the sticky back of the pocket.
After die-cutting the dress bottom from patterned paper, it was pleated along the score lines and then…
