Petaloo & Authentique: A "Treasured" Hop

All this week we have a special treat for you from the
AUTHENTIQUE and PETALOO Design Teams!
And since I'm on both teams, I'm sharing double the goodness :)
There are PRIZES to be won as well, so follow the links that
I'll provide at the end of the post and hop on over to leave a comment!

First up is an amazing, box-style mini album that I made for Authentique:
All papers are from the "Treasure" Collection; a must-have for your
Easter and Spring projects!

I have a tutorial up on the blog of how I put it all together :)

And today I'm up at Petaloo with this sweetie of a card:
I have always loved pairing up Authentique papers with yummies from Petaloo...
they're simply made for each other!  These beautiful 'sugared' flowers go hand-in-hand
with the delights that Spring will bring :)

Again, both places are offering PRIZE PACKS to a lucky commentor,
so check out the details:

Thanks for stopping by!

Beautiful Birthday Shaker Card

Hello and welcome to my contribution to the  SCRAPBOOK ADHESIVES and HERO ARTS BLOG HOP

For my project, I have chosen to make this cute shaker birthday card!

Before we get started on the detail, here is a list of supplies that I've used: From Scrapbook Adhesives: Keepsakes Envelope Mix (I used 4" X 3.5") Extreme Double-Sided Tape 1/4 in, Dual Tip Glue Pen, Crafty Foam Tape Black and the E-Z Runner Grand Refillable Dispenser with E-Z Runner Grand Permanent Dots Refill.  From Hero Arts: Dress Up Stamp and Cut and Kelly's Flags Stamp & Cut
To begin, I added a few star sequins directly to the sticky part of the Keepsake Envelope.
Next I sprinkled some round sequins inside of the pocket.
I used the Extreme Double-Sided Tape 1/4" to close up the pocket.
I cut a piece of patterned paper the same size as the pocket and mounted it to the sticky back of the pocket.
After die-cutting the dress bottom from patterned paper, it was pleated along the score lines and then…
